I joined the DTI community a little over 2 years ago at a point in my life where I knew if I wanted to chase my dreams something had to give. We started from scratch and right away we knew the long term goal was stability. We started replacing self destructive with functional activities. Through this journey thus far im down 46 lbs, I have given up the crutch of marijuana over the past 18 months, I am on the journey to be in the best physical and mental shape ive been in since I was in my teen years where everything seemed so easy.

Since starting my journey on April 1, 2023, I've faced numerous health setbacks but never gave up. With the guidance of Freddy Ritenauer and Dylan Thacker from the DTI program, I transformed my life. I’ve lost 95 lbs and improved my health, even getting off all diabetic medication by lowering my A1C. DTI started small, focusing on building habits like walking 2,000 steps a day, and gradually helped me conquer my fear of the gym. Today, I’m proud of my progress, including going to the gym now 3-5 time a week and feeling confident with every milestone. Their program and support truly changed my life but also saved it as well.

From the very beginning what drove me to DTI was they had similar attitudes and their motivational communication. Part of me was very nervous in the beginning but over the first 90 days my mindset went from nervous to "Lets OwnThis" and now there are times where rest days feel like im missing something.
